Fleet managers can discover how the latest technology from leasing companies can help to reduce their admin burden and improve the efficiency of their fleet at Fleet Management Live, which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham on October 6 and 7.

The event, which is free to attend, gives fleet decision-makers the chance to see live demonstrations of leasing companies’ technology and to find out how different systems compare.

Pendragon Vehicle Management will be presenting its new operating platform which gives customers the tools to generate a number of customised reports, vehicle quotes and orders, vehicle comparisons, wholelife costs and driver benefit-in-kind figures.

The platform is supported by extranet sites, individually designed for corporate customers, which allow fleet managers and drivers to access information specifically for their fleet such as reallocation lists, insurance certificates and fleet policy.

Visitors to Fleet Management Live will be able to experience Pendragon’s operating platform using iPads which will have direct access to all the new functionality.

Neal Francis, divisional managing director at Pendragon Vehicle Management, said: “Our team will be focusing on how to bring your fleet management up to the 21st century, cutting down laborious administration by embracing an online fleet.”

Motiva Group will be showcasing its fleet management product, which is newly developed, as well as doing live demonstrations of its risk management programme, alongside its telematics system, Motrak.

Jane White, fleet and risk management specialist at Motiva, said: “Motiva is focusing on developing straight-forward systems to deliver clear, summarised fleet data which can be effectively translated.

“We also offer in-depth analysis of fleet performance data so we can assist our customers with follow-up resolutions.

“We consolidate information so fleet managers see everything in one area. That can significantly reduce the amount of time needed to gather data to assist them in their role and deliver in line with their business objectives.”

Visitors to Fleet Management Live can also find out about Venson Automotive Solutions’s new vehicle quotes module, which gives fleet managers greater flexibility to implement a car fleet policy in line with their own specific business objectives. It supports user chooser fleet schemes and can be tailored to allowance criteria.

TCH Leasing, meanwhile, will be doing live demonstrations of its new IT system and offering free of charge cost reduction analysis.
