Leasing company Zenith has delivered the first salary sacrifice vehicles to employees of plumbing and building wholesale group Wolseley.

The scheme, named 'The Wheel Deal', is available to 6,500 Wolseley UK colleagues and the first vehicle was delivered in early December.

Zenith supported the launch by creating an impactful promotional campaign that used a series of distinctive emails, posters and roadshows to publicise The Wheel Deal at various Wolseley UK locations.

Mark Roberts, customer relationship manager at Zenith, said: “It is always fantastic to work with a customer who truly understands the advantage of introducing a salary sacrifice car scheme. Wolseley UK is 100% committed to providing innovative benefits and rewards, and has made a significant effort to promote the salary sacrifice car scheme to all colleagues.”

Christina Jones, reward and benefits manager at Wolseley UK, added: “We have seen a fantastic response to our car salary sacrifice scheme so far with 23 vehicles being ordered in the first month. We are thrilled to have partnered with Zenith and are impressed with their complete focus on high-quality customer service. With the support of Zenith, we believe our car salary sacrifice scheme will continue to be an attractive and lucrative benefit for all our colleagues.”
