Hull College Group has introduced a new car salary sacrifice scheme, provided by TCH Leasing.

The programme, branded 'TCH Salsa', is delivered through perk provider BHSF Employee Benefits.

Hull College Group incorporates Hull College, Harrogate College and Goole College and HCUK Training. The Group has over 1,200 staff and 25,000 students. Hull College Group is making the salary sacrifice scheme available to all of their staff. TCH Leasing’s Employee Benefits partner, ‘BHSF Employee Benefits’, introduced the TCH Salsa scheme to Hull College Group as part of a wide-ranging employee benefits package.

As an introduction to the scheme, TCH Leasing will host two sessions at the Harrogate and Hull campuses, which will enable staff at the Group to ask questions and obtain further explanation regarding how the scheme works and the benefits it delivers.

Alison Taylor, director of HR and OD,  Hull College Group said: “As part of our wider benefits package provided by BHSF Employee Benefits, the TCH Salsa scheme is a great way to enable our employees to acquire a brand new car every two or three years at a cost-effective price. Increased duty-of-care and reduced CO2 emissions can also be achieved by offering our staff access to modern, low-emission cars”.

Ken Buckley, head of sales at TCH Leasing, said: “We are delighted to be the partner of choice for Hull College in providing their staff with the TCH Salsa salary sacrifice scheme”.

Buckley added: “TCH Salsa has been adopted by more than 140 businesses since it’s launch by TCH Leasing in 2009. For the employee, salary sacrifice gives them the chance to own a brand new car at a cost they can afford, with the benefit of hassle-free motoring as the maintenance, servicing, breakdown cover and insurance are included in the price”.
