Fleet Advisor – Street Services/Corporate Fleet Client
You will be assisting in providing assistance for a range of support services relating to the numerous and wide range of vehicles operating within the Council’s fleet.
Key aspects of your role will include:-
- Leading on the procurement of replacement vehicles;
- In line with best practice, researching and preparing procedures to be communicated to Council departments;
- Working with the Council’s appointed maintenance contractor to ensure the fleet is maintained to a high standard efficiently; and
- Maintaining the Council’s Fleet Operators’ Recognition Scheme (FORS) and ensuring adherence to the fleet procedures across the Council.
