Renault Retail Group seeks an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator or Vehicle Sales Progressor to join our Company Car Distribution Hub based at Renault-Nissan London West, W3.
The ECOP Company Car team is a busy one that supplies eligible employees of Renault Retail Group (RRG) with a tax-efficient company car.
The processes of ordering them and registering them to our employees is similar to the retail vehicle sales administration, except that we also accept returned vehicles every 6 months (or 8,000 miles; whichever clock strikes first) and re-issue new vehicles to replace them.
We must also de-fleet returned vehicles in order to issue them to our Used Car Sales departments across our operating regions.
As well as the day-to-day admin, we are expected to facilitate vehicle handovers. This includes creation of handover packs that will be issued to colleagues from RRG and sister Renault companies that receive vehicles under our ECOP Company Car Scheme or Loan Plan Car Scheme.
There will be an emphasis on ensuring timely and professional dealings with all internal and external customers.
We seek candidates with specific experience in motor retail sales administration. In particular, handling vehicle ordering, registration and licencing through AFRL, used car stock admin, vehicle taxation, invoicing and monitoring order progress through the factory, shipping, delivery and completion of handover packs for customers/clients.
An acute attention to detail will also be required as several of the duties involve handling intricate and sensitive coding. AFRL, ADP Drive, Autoline / Kerridge and MS Excel are among the systems that we use. Candidates should ideally have experience in using AFRL and/or a working knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS, which will be assessed at interview.
Candidates are required to have each of the following:
- Vehicle sales administration experience in the automotive industry
- Regular use of systems such as AFRL, Kerridge, Autoline, ADP Drive, Ebbon Dacs or RTC in a recent previous role.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
This role will be full-time, Monday to Friday, with 2 shift options: either 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch; or 9am to 5:30pm, with ½ hour lunch
In return we offer a basic salary of £23,000 per annum.
