Administration activities of the car fleet and operational contact towards relevant stakeholders of our clients in Africa and Middle East, including Data Management and Reporting.
Ensuring that all fleet related data is loaded and up to date within the operational IT systems.
Supplier contact in country to obtain data, creating reports using reporting IT tools
Invoice control of supplier in country. Collate all fleet related invoices, upload invoices into the IT system, validate for accuracy and challenge to in country supplier if incorrect
Supply chain management of in country suppliers. Engage and negotiate good buying conditions and management of the quality of their services
Customer Stakeholder: Manage communications between customer and their internal representatives, ie HR, Finance, Procurement by phone, email or other
Strategic Support: manage defined savings initiatives and drive through improvement programmes to show a reduction in fleet costs.
Fluent Arab and English, ideally with some German spoken. General education, Fleet Management experience very desirable. Good Microsoft package understanding particularly excel. Very numeric and meticulous. A strong desire to deliver quality and self driven and motivated
