AMT Vehicle Rental Ltd is one of the most prestigious independent car rental companies in the UK. We offer a range of prestigious vehicles including Bentley, Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Maserati and Land Rover to both our corporate and retail customers.
We are opening a brand new branch in Stockport and looking to recruit a new team who are passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service, ideally to start at the beginning of November. Full induction and training will be given before the planned opening in December.
The successful candidate must be able to ensure that the fleet is maintained to an exceptional and consistent standard, managing the preparation of vehicles and signing off all safety elements. They must be smart and friendly and able to deliver superb face to face customer service.
The role includes:
Accepting new vehicles onto the fleet
Ensuring full vehicle checks are completed and all relevant paperwork is completed
Identifying vehicles for service or repairs, including diary management
Processing new damage notifications & repair
Processing vehicles for end of life refurbishment and de-fleet
Overseeing the yard / warehouse to ensure space is utilised effectively and safely
We are looking for smart, personable individuals who have the ability to deliver the highest level of customer service. Previous experience from a vehicle rental or fleet management background is desirable but the role may suit someone from a Quality Control / management background as full training will be given.
We offer a permanent, full time contract working 5½ days per week (includes Saturday mornings), 29 days holiday (including Bank Hols) and the opportunity to progress within the company.
