About the Role:

The implementation Manager will analyse and qualify the customer’s needs, customer experience and support the whole business function. You will also work on process improvements and essentially be responsible for listening and understanding what your customers are saying.  This role focuses on the development of the client’s fleet needs whilst communicating with the customer at the cutting edge. The implementation Manager will play an integral part for all areas of the business and you will work with senior stakeholders to ensure your customers are completely satisfied. Skills such as project management, enthusiasm and the desire to succeed are a necessity to succeed in this role. The ability to self-motivate is critical, as well as being able to work as part of a team to ensure the implementation is carried out to the highest standard possible.

About You:

  • A project manager who is comfortable working and leading from the front and also competent in managing customers’ expectations.
  • Customer centric and highly experienced from within a customer focus driven environment
  • Experienced in development of implementation projects.
  • Confident and articulate in all forms of communication and is able adapt their style to suit each situation or audience
  • An enthusiastic, positive individual who is easy to work with and enjoys working as a team
  • Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel extensively across the UK
