About the Role:

The Internal Sales Manager position is a great opportunity to take accountability and drive sales performance across the business.  You will also work very closely with the Head of Sales and Account Management function to understand your customers’ needs and to provide fleet management solutions to both new and existing clients. This role also will require a sales leader who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment as your team will be monitored on individual KPI’s and revenue based targets. The internal Sales Manager will play an integral part for all areas of the business and you will work with senior stakeholders to ensure you deliver successful solutions and increase the sales performance. Skills such as people management, enthusiasm and business awareness are a necessity to succeed in this role. The ability to self-motivate is critical, as well as being able to lead a sales team.

About You:

  • A self-starter who is comfortable working and leading from the front and also competent in driving sales performance.
  • Clear focus on the achievement of targeted outcomes.
  • Be intellectually strong with an aptitude for striking a balance between strategic innovation and sales delivery.
  • Have excellent motivation and communication skills.
  • Able to take accountability of both revenue and behavioral metrics
  • Ability to challenge the status-quo in a positive and progressive way.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Focussed on agreed standards, work with accuracy and precision
  • Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel when required.
