Local Business Development Executive

Agree and negotiate fleet sales and service supply contracts on behalf of Endeavour Automotive in line with agreed parameters.

 Achieve agreed sales targets for new vehicles

 Establish new sales contacts and opportunities with the business sector specifically targeting fleets operating vehicles in the local area.

Build strong business relationships with our fleet customers by developing strong personal relationships and by using focused marketing activity to cement and win new customers.

Provide reports as required on all sales activities including follow-up, prospecting, sales presentations, new clients etc., to ensure accurate sales forecasts where possible.

Ensure all outgoing customer correspondence adheres to Endeavour Automotive and Brand standards.

Ensure all customer details are entered and maintained on Group database.

Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all vehicle sales and financial paperwork

Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty

Help to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency

Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines

Undertake other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested or required.eek approval for any Customer Goodwill or other expenditure from line Manager or Directors

The sucessful candidate will be be based at our offices in North London the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
• Have a proven track record in fleet business development
• Possess an in depth knowledge of the fleet market
• Have a creative approach to winning new business
• Haveexcellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a self starter who enjoys a rewarding challenge.


We are currently looking to recruit two positions :- one for our Volvo Fleet and one for our Hyundai Fleet
