DEKRA Automotive is a talented team of people that bring out the best in a business.  Part of an International Organisation, we are a key service provider to a large number of well-known vehicle manufacturers in the UK and now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join us and lead our newly created Nissan B2B sales team.

Our team of sales specialists are responsible for selling Nissan Vehicles within Nissan sites and review the development of further sales opportunities with their external suppliers and employees. This is achieved by effectively and efficiently deploying a defined contact strategy to drive sales success.

The role of the Sales Manager will be to manage the implementation of the programme as well as a team of three individuals to deliver the programme objectives.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Management of the team and programme KPI’s

  • Direction of sales activity

  • Managing sales forecasting

  • Creating, analysing and reporting on performance statistics

  • Joint appointments with the team where necessary

  • Training and development of the team

     

As a Sales Manager you will preferably have strong B2B sales experience with a focus on building strong relationships as well as leadership and management experience. We are looking for a confident, professional and proactive person who possesses the qualities and desire to deliver great results.  You will be an engaging individual who can inspire others to achieve results and encourage sustainable behavioural change.

 

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:

  • Business to business sales expertise

  • Experience of relationship management

  • Encouraging sustainable behavioural change

  • Experience in performance management
