This role focuses on the leadership of our Fleet Consultancy team covering the whole of the UK. The role requires an individual who can not only lead a team but also take responsibility for building and delivering the Consultancy Strategy for the business in line with our company objectives. The role also requires hands on ability to undertake some key consultancy activity, the ability to help create conceptual solutions and products to match customers’ requirements and support the sales teams in new proposition development.
To be successful you'll need to demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness and skill gained from extensive experience within this market place. It goes without saying you'll need excellent communication skills including verbal, analytical, presentational and written are a pre-requisite. In addition, you'll have the necessary influence and determination to drive action from across the whole company and wider group to deliver positive results. An Appropriate professional qualification beyond degree level (e.g. MBA, accountancy, tax, procurement or similar) or equivalent expert fleet / technical knowledge through experience is required.
