Exploit Sales opportunities through a range of customer sales activity including, follow up of marketing campaigns, provision of quotations, manufacturer brochures, test drives and locators, scheduled follow up calls, price negotiation, vehicle renewal management, sales closures and contribution to Arval’s overall fleet size growth.
Manage and develop existing customer accounts, exploiting cross selling and upselling opportunities.
Achieve targets, including those related to productivity, sales, and vehicle renewal, through first class service delivery and through maintaining and using current commercial and customer awareness.
Contribute to service delivery levels by providing guidance to others and informing the decision making processes wherever possible.
To be fully compliant with FSA requirements, where appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE (customer development):
At least 12 months' sales and customer service experience in a related environment or equivalent. Sound financial and commercial understanding. Excellent telephone manner, keyboard and communication skills.

Exploit new business opportunities through a range of sales activity including the above and also in addition cold calling and establishing future opportunities from sales calls and building a strong pipeline.
Maximise market / sales potential and develop strong relationships to ensure delivery of a value added service with profitable outcomes.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years sales and customer service experience in a related environment or equivalent. Proven strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
