Appointments: Leaseurope adviser role for Knubben

Richard Knubben is the new adviser in automotive affairs at Leaseurope.

He will be responsible for environmental taxation, cross-border road safety enforcement and block exemption regulation.

Previously, he worked for the European Advertising Standards Alliance.
