Alfa Romeo has appointed two new business partners to help it raise the standard of its dealer used vehicle remarketing programme.

The move, part of an ongoing network restructuring and business development plan, will see Paragon Fleet Solutions take on all aspects of vehicle defleeting, from refurbishing, storage and transportation of ex-management, demonstrator and rental vehicles.

Paragon will work alongside JTK Automotive, which will provide an internet remarketing system for dealers to source used vehicle stock direct from Alfa Romeo UK.

All the vehicles returned by the manufacturer will be inspected and refurbished to a forecourt-ready standard before being entered on to JTK’s internet stock portal.

Simon Wheeler, the manufacturer’s used vehicle remarketing manager, said: “The dealer network will have easy access to a fast-changing stock of used vehicles that are forecourt-ready.

“By achieving a consistent level of preparation and vehicle condition, dealers can have the utmost confidence to buy used cars online without seeing them first.”

All dealers will have access to the JTK system, with accurate mileage, condition, colour and specification details displayed alongside the price.
