The Jelf Group has launched a new fleet management service.
Named SureFleet, it has been developed following research by Jelf in partnership with a team of specialists in the fleet industry including Norwich Union, RAC, Fleet Intellect, Lease 360 Evolution and David Gist Solicitors.
Surefleet offers the combined skills of these providers under one roof and claims it delivers ‘a mix of fleet management services aimed at addressing the needs of fleet managers.’
The SureFleet services include Norwich Union insurance and risk management, RAC breakdown recovery and accident management, legal support in the event of an accident or uninsured loss recovery, vehicle acquisition and finance, servicing and maintenance plus a fleet management consultancy service.
SureFleet’s modular design enables customers to choose either a complete outsourced fleet management solution or specific elements to complement and support their in-house fleet management.
Customers will receive dedicated support from a team of SureFleet account handlers who can be contacted on a single free phone number.
Customers are also able to book servicing online and access essential information via the dedicated website www.surefleetonline.com.
