ATS Euromaster has been accredited by the Contractors Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS), a local authority and government-backed initiative for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It follows six months after gaining a similar accreditation from SAFEcontractor.

CHAS represents over 400 public and private sector buyer organisations, including local authorities, NHS trusts and a growing number of large private companies. It carries out health and safety assessments of prospective suppliers for these clients, providing them with a guarantee of competency each time they contract a new supplier.

Chris Hufflett, group operations director at ATS Euromaster, says: “Our dual accreditation means buyers within any CHAS or SAFEcontractor member company can form a professional relationship with ATS Euromaster safe in the knowledge that we will live up to a nationally recognised and accepted threshold standard.”
