Autoglass announce new managing director

Autoglass has announced the appointment of Matthew Mycock, as managing director for the business. Matthew replaces Nigel Doggett who has been promoted to regional general manager for the Belron® group and will be responsible for leading the vehicle glass repair and replacement businesses in seven countries within Europe.

Most recently, Matthew was Managing Director of Frontlline, the UK’s biggest magazine sales and distribution business. Prior to that he worked in a number of senior Sales and General Management roles with Levi Strauss, Diageo and Mars. 

Speaking about his new appointment, Matthew Mycock said: “I am delighted to be appointed as managing director for Autoglass® and welcome the opportunity to work with such a high profile consumer automotive brand.

“My breadth of activity in consumer environments has prepared me for the day to day challenges faced by the business and I am really looking forward to adding my experiences to those of a very talented team at such an exciting period for the brand.”
