Cardinus e-learning wins industry recognition

E-learning courses from Cardinus Risk Management have become the first to be endorsed by the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).

Jon Abbott, managing director of Cardinus Risk Management, said, “I am delighted with the IIRSM endorsement. For over 12 years we have worked tirelessly to ensure our courses deliver measurable results for our customers with an emphasis on encouraging behaviour change. This endorsement recognises our efforts.”

Brian Nimick, chief executive of IIRSM, said, “IIRSM is dedicated to recognising effective, qualified, education. In doing so we aim to improve safety standards in the UK and across the world. Our endorsement of the Cardinus e-learning courses is awarded after stringent reviews that ensured the products were of the highest standards.”

Cardinus and IIRSM have worked together on a number of joint initiatives. Events such as the European Health and Safety Forum, organised by Cardinus and sponsored by IIRSM, aim to bring together safety professionals to discuss and share best practice in risk management. IIRSM has also praised the classroom-based training courses developed by Cardinus.
