Garmin has launched the nüLink! 1695, a five-inch touchscreen portable navigation device (PND) which connects drivers with up-to-the-minute relevant, online information from Garmin's nüLink! service.

This includes links to online information like Google Local Search, traffic, weather, fuel prices, parking space availability and pricing, flight status and other real-time, location-relevant content.

"The nüLink! 1695 is designed to give drivers a choice of accurate, up-to-the-minute information relevant to their journey," said Clive Taylor, Garmin's director of product. "When you add the power of Google Local Search, safety cameras with mobile camera warnings, advanced traffic, fuel prices and parking information accompanied by Garmin's nüRoute technology , the nüLink! 1695 delivers the ultimate navigation experience."
