A 4x4 vehicle mini-lease scheme has been developed by Alliance Asset Management to help keep companies moving during the winter.
The severe weather during the last two winters saw fleet demand for 4x4s soaring. Many companies were unable to source 4x4s or had to face rocketing short-term vehicle hire prices where rental firms were able to meet customer requests.
As a result vehicle rental and fleet services provider Alliance Asset Management is offering a three or four-month mini-lease on 4x4s starting from £500 (subject to availability plus delivery and collection charges) per month.
Vincent St Claire of Alliance Asset Management said: “Companies should order 4x4s now to ensure they have vehicles available when the harsh winter weather arrives.
"While our product requires a commitment of three to four months, we feel confident that it will work out cheaper for customers making this relatively short commitment.
“Forecasters are already warning that the first harsh winter weather could arrive as early as next month so it makes sense for forward-thinking fleet operators to be prepared.”
Alliance Asset Management will deliver and collect vehicles to and from a customer’s location of choice. The mini-lease agreement allows 2,000 miles per month. Contracts can be extended beyond the three or four month term.
