Santander Consumer Finance has appointed The Warranty Group to supply Return to Invoice GAP products to 3,000 motor dealers for which it provides new and used car finance.

The move follows on from the success of The Warranty Group’s Service Plan, which has been offered by Santander Consumer Finance to its dealers since 2009.

A key element in the new appointment being made is The Warranty Group’s online portal, which can be used for all quotes and administration surrounding Return to Invoice GAP and Service Plan products, making the sales and administration process as fast and easy as possible for dealers.

As part of the new programme, Santander Consumer Finance will also be offering extensive training support to these dealers, helping them to put a structure in place that can have a dramatic impact on the penetration of Return to Invoice GAP sales.
