Rebecca Collins has been appointed by Specsavers Corporate Eyecare and will join the customer services team as a new customer service adviser. Collins will be dealing specifically with corporate enquiries and fulfilling orders for eyecare vouchers covering VDU care, safety frames and glasses required by those who drive in the course of their work.

Collins has worked in the Specsavers contact centre for several years, where she was instrumental in setting up many of the processes and procedures that are still in place to this day.

Telemarketing manager and mentor for the customer services team, Paul Askew, says ‘Our eyecare provision is based on offering the highest quality service at every stage of the process. Specsavers has been voted Britain’s most trusted brand of opticians for ten years running. We want to ensure that the administration and service side of the business is just as professional, efficient and trusted for and by our corporate clients.’
