Skoda's latest concept car, unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, offered the first clues as to what the Octavia replacement might look like when it arrives in 2012.

The Vision D appears more compact than the current Octavia, but with a long wheelbase, also appears to be more spacious.

The car has clean and simple styling, and although currently a concept, would appear to adapt very easily into a production-ready version.

A replacement for the current Octavia hatchback and estate range is expected during 2012.
