Broker Assistance partners with AA Accident Management

Warrington-based Broker Assistance has signed an agreement with AA Accident Management to handle credit hire claims for the broking group’s commercial motor insurance customers.

The company was awarded the contract following a tender process and will now work with AA Accident Management providing its commercial customers, with a full suite of services.

Ian Bullen, sales manager at Broker Assistance said the AA’s primary requirements were to focus on overall speed and effectiveness of service, whilst ensuring the minimum of inconvenience to its customers.
