The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) has welcomed Keith Bell as a new quality manager in its Driver and Fleet Solutions team.

He will be responsible for ensuring that RoSPA's wide range of clients, from fleet managers through to anyone who drives for work purposes, continue to receive a high quality of driver training.

Bell has 10 years' experience working with the AA in the qualified driver training arena. He began as a driving instructor before taking on the responsibility of fleet training and instructor training. He then progressed to becoming a trainer of trainers and his most recent role was as a mentor for instructors within the AA.

He said: "I am looking forward to the challenge of this new role with RoSPA. It will be a two-way street, with me learning from RoSPA's trainers as much as they will be learning from me.

"RoSPA continues to be at the forefront of promoting road safety in the UK. I hope to contribute to reducing accident rates and improving driver performance through RoSPA's range of courses and fleet safety solutions tailored for organisations' specific requirements.

"I will also be monitoring RoSPA trainers' continuing professional development and providing feedback through a ‘hands on' approach."
