Zenith has appointed Mark Connor, formerly head of operations for the independent fleet management and outsourcing company, as operations director.

Connor joined Zenith two years ago in a newly created position of head of operations, to further enhance the quality and scope of Zenith’s operational offering to both existing and new customers.

He will continue to be responsible for maintenance and in-life services, accident management, procurement and contract administration, as well as the vehicle hire division.

Connor has ten years experience in the fleet industry, in senior management roles across a number of operational areas.

Tim Buchan, Zenith’s chief executive officer, said: “Mark has led his team to deliver excellent levels of customer service and has been responsible for driving forward many new initiatives, which benefit all our customers and drivers. As we continue to grow and develop, Mark will be a valuable asset to the board.”
