Bosch Automotive Aftermarket has appointed Neil Hearn to a new position of commercial vehicle accounts manager.

Initially, he will be helping to analyse the opportunities in the CV market – as well as plant, industrial, off highway, marine and industrial – before implementing a plan to grow Bosch’s market share in this vital sector.

Hearn brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry.

He has previously worked for Hill (Patents), part of the 3M group at the time, and held a post for 10 years at components remanufacturer AMK. He then joined Hella UK as Business Development Manager for their CV department prior to his move to Bosch.

Hearn said: “Joining Bosch was one of the easiest decisions I have had to make in my career to date. This new position is key to the development of Commercial Vehicle product and equipment sales and to be part of this major focus from the start, whilst being a significant challenge, was an opportunity that was too good to miss.”
