Total Accident Management has announced its latest contract win delivering services for Adept Vehicle Management (AVM) from this month.

When fleet service providers AVM, based in Stoke-on-Trent, needed a partner to deliver accident management provision for its clients Environmental Essentials, asbestos management and training consultants, and Shield on Site, a health and safety and environmental monitoring consultancy for the manufacturing and building industries, the company turned to Total.

The inclusion of accident management services means AVM can now supply a complete end-to-end fleet service for Environmental Essentials's fleet of 60 vehicles and Shield on Site's 50-strong fleet.

AVM takes up a range of services from Total including first notification of loss (FNOL), repair management, engineering and non-fault services.

Total says it offers a range of bespoke products to meet the diverse needs of companies, from an SME with two vehicles to contract hire and leasing companies with tens of thousands of vehicles operating a range of fleets incorporating passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, trucks and specialist vehicles, including scooters and motorbikes.

Sue Branston, sales director of Total Accident Management, said: "Our flexible approach to accident management means we can provide a product that is tailored, and a pricing structure that suits the individual company requirements, helping them reduce overall accident management costs, while providing first class customer care.

"We are delighted to be able to partner Adept Vehicle Management in order that it can supply its clients a full vehicle management solution.

“All contract wins are good news and this places us in a strong position for the start of 2013. We are looking forward to an exciting year as we strive to take the company to the next level."

AVM sales and marketing director Mark Pedley added: "We are absolutely delighted to have Total Accident Management on board as part of AVM’s vehicle management portfolio."
