The launch of the Fleet Industry Advisory Group (FIAG) in May coincided with a best practice workshop at the Arnold Clark Training Academy in Wolverhampton.

Below are outtakes from the main sessions, looking at procurement best practice, running a complex fleet, driver safety and risk management.

FIAG founder and chairman Geoffrey Bray told delegates: “Everything in fleet continues to change and fleets and fleet managers must change accordingly and face the consequences. The status quo must be loosened; possible solutions explored; new initiatives implemented and decisions justified.”
