Avis Car Rental and Budget Car Rental customers can now purchase universal chargers at airports and other locations across Europe, helping to comply with travel regulations on having electronic devices charged before you fly.

The mobile phone accessories available for purchase include:

• A universal car charger with dual USB ports.
• A retractable car charger for use with Android devices that includes an adapter that supports the iPhone 4/S, iPad and iPod, an iPhone 5 lightening cable.
• A universal wall charger with dual USB ports.

The products are available at Avis and Budget rental facilities at major airports such as London Heathrow and Edinburgh Airport in the UK, France’s Aeroport Nice Cote D’azur, Italy’s Roma Fiumicino Aeroporto and Madrid Airport in Spain.

The mobile phone accessories are also available at Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Gatwick, Glasgow, Heathrow, London City, London Victoria, Luton, Manchester and Stansted.
