Millbrook Proving Ground are inviting businesses to take advantage of office and workshop space in their Innovation Centre.

Millbrook has full planning consent for the development of three new buildings totalling 6,000m² and has submitted outline plans for the development of a further 24,900m² across the site, all of which can be designed and built to suit tenants’ requirements.

Office and workshop space, suitable for start-ups or existing companies requiring a more strategic location, is available now at Millbrook’s Innovation Centre - a flexible and secure facility with access to a shared reception, meeting rooms, parking and staff restaurant.

Alex Burns, CEO of Millbrook says: “Millbrook Technology Park will enable start-ups, Research and Development centres and like-minded businesses to take advantage of the excellent facilities, services and opportunities available at one of Europe’s leading test and engineering solution providers, enabling them to build relationships and drive their businesses forward.”

Andy Hall, Associate at Knight Frank, Millbrook’s appointed agency says: “The beauty of the new Technology Park at Millbrook is the flexibility it provides to prospective tenants, enabling them to shape the plans for their own Build to Suit development. The new buildings could make ideal head office locations, with the added advantage of own branded access from the public highway.”
