Alphabet International has been named ‘Company of the Year’ for its corporate car sharing service AlphaCity at the sixth annual Urban Mobility 3.0 workshop in London.

The global business consulting firm Frost & Sullivan awarded the accolade to Carsten Kwirandt, head of marketing and business development at Alphabet International.

Kwirandt said: "Receiving this award from Frost & Sullivan is a great honour for our achievements. At a time when convenience, sustainability and cost-efficiency play increasingly important roles for companies, more and more companies are realising that our AlphaCity Corporate Car Sharing solution cleverly fulfils all requirements and marks the start of a new era in business mobility in their premium corporations."

Based on the results of an independent Frost & Sullivan study, the consulting firm presents the 'European Company of the Year' award each year to companies exhibiting best practices in their industry.

In the corporate car sharing category, AlphaCity ranked number one in 2014 because it offers best-in-class flexibility, freedom, convenience and cost-efficiency to corporate customers.

Participants at this year's Urban Mobility 3.0 workshop also had the chance to gain direct insight into Alphabet's success as Kit Wisdom, head of corporate mobility at Alphabet UK, spoke on a panel about 'Next level business mobility'.
