Chargemaster will be providing charge points at the Low Carbon Vehicle Event (LCV2014)  to ensure exhibitors and visitors vehicles remain fully charged throughout the two-day event, which takes places September 10-11, 2014 at Millbrook.

Exhibitors will be able to recharge their vehicles for free from the outdoor steering pad. Chargemaster will also be installing a cluster of rapid and fast charging points at the end of Millbrook’s mile straight, allowing attendees to drive to the event on electricity and leave their car to charge while they browse the show.

David Martell, chief executive of Chargemaster said: “We are delighted to be nominated as official supplier by Cenex for LCV2014. In addition to supporting car manufacturers and visitors with charging facilities right through the Millbrook facility we will be exhibiting a range of new technologies at our stand.”

Robert Evans, CEO of Cenex, said: “As a leading supplier of charge points, Chargemaster is well-placed to provide expert advice regarding the future of EV charging infrastructure. It is also a great opportunity for exhibitors’ vehicles to remain fully-charged throughout the ride and drives on Millbrook’s test tracks. We are always delighted to welcome EV drivers to the LCV2014 event and with the support of Chargemaster, we are now able to ensure visitors will be able to arrive in their EVs having confidence that they can re-charge before returning home.”

Drivers wishing to use this service are asked to email their car model with their name and which day they will be attending to debra.shirley@chargemasterplc.com

During the event a Chargemaster expert support technician will be on hand to assist drivers.
