Leasing and fleet management company Zenith has been named as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For after its employees took part in an independent workplace engagement survey.

As well as making it into The Sunday Times listings, Zenith has also achieved a Best Companies Three Star Accreditation, the highest star rating available and given only to companies with ‘extraordinary’ levels of engagement.

Zenith employees have participated in the Best Companies engagement surveys since 2011 and engagement has risen every year.

In 2014 the company achieved a Two Star Accreditation and appeared in The Sunday Times table for the first time. Zenith’s exact position in the table this year will be published in March.

Marisa Jerrison, human resources director for Zenith, commented: “We are absolutely thrilled to have made it into the top 100 list again.

“Employee happiness and wellbeing is so important to us and it is fantastic to see that we continue to have one of the most engaged workforces in the country.

“We are constantly listening to our employees and looking for new ways to ensure we keep providing satisfying and rewarding careers.”
