Millbrook proving ground offers fleet managers the chance to test cars unaccompanied on a variety of purpose-built test routes, including city, off-road, alpine hill course and high speed bowl.

Manufacturers bringing vehicles to this years event include BMW, Fiat Group, Ford, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Mini, Maserati, Peugeot, Renault, Seat, Toyota, Vauxhall and Volvo.

In 2015, Fleet News will be hosting four in-depth industry debates, building on their success and popularity in previous years.

  • Running a Low Emissions Fleet, which will offer practical steps to implement policy to drive down fleets’ CO2 emissions as well as demonstrate the real opportunities to reduce running costs and tax.
  • Running a Safer Fleet, which will combine presentations and a panel discussion with specialists who have experience implementing duty of care policies.
  • Running an efficient fleet in the public sector, will share best practice as well as offer a comprehensive guide to the very best and most innovative means of efficient, compliant and cost effective fleet management.
  • The end of contract/life charges, with speakers from the BVRLA, the leasing world, VRA and a fleet manager

Neil Broad, general manager, Toyota & Lexus Fleet Services, said:  “We are delighted to be able to participate at Company Car in Action 2015 and to confirm that once again we plan to launch a number of new models at the show before they go on public sale.  We find that the mixed driving environment and convenient location make CCIA the ideal venue for us to give fleet managers the opportunity to assess our new models and range.  We look forward to welcoming customers and prospects again this year.”

Jon Wackett, general manager fleet and business, Jaguar Land Rover, said: “Company Car in Action 2015 represents an incredibly exciting presence for Jaguar as we showcase our brand new model, the Jaguar XE. XE is aimed firmly at the company car market. With stunning good looks, innovative technologies, up to 75 mpg and CO2 as low as 99 g/km, it has already topped the company car driver wish list according to market research agency Sewells.”

Nick Themistocleous, director, fleet operations, Ford Motor Company, added: “We were proud participants in Company Car in Action in 2014 and look forward to meeting you at CCIA in 2015 to demonstrate why our range of cars and vans won a total of 53 awards in 2014 and why Ford was voted Best Volume Manufacturer and Best Light Commercial Vehicle Supplier by the Fleet200 members.”

Stephen Briers, editor of Fleet News, concluded: “Last year saw an increase in visitor numbers with almost 1,000 fleet decision makers taking the chance to test drive the latest company cars as well as debate the most important topics affecting the fleets with industry experts.  And, as it’s the 25th anniversary, we’ll also be introducing some special surprises to make it that extra bit special.”
