Axis Fleet Management has announced three new contract wins of 12 DAF vehicles.

The firm has signed a deal to deliver five new DAF XF460 6x2 tractors with supersized cabs to Cambridgeshire-based Masters Logistical.

The new vehicles, which are being supplied on a full tyre and maintenance contract basis, are part of a fleet upgrade which will support Masters’ UK distribution operations.

Axis will also manage all aspects of sign-writing for the new tractors.

Meanwhile, a three year full maintenance contract hire deal has also been agreed with Croydon-based Sebtrans 75 for three new DAF XF460 6x2s.

The haulier, which started working with Axis last year, will utilise the vehicles on a full maintenance contract hire basis to support its container distribution operations at Tilbury Docks in Essex.

Axis has also secured a deal to supply a further four DAF XF 460 6x2s, also on a full maintenance contract hire basis, to new customer Viking Logistics.

Axis Fleet Management’s sales director Leigh Goodland said: “We’re delighted to be working with these customers, helping develop the right vehicle hire solutions to support their business requirements.

“These new business wins have come about through the commitment and dedication of the Axis team which is focused on the delivering the highest standards for its customers.”
