Incident management outsourcing specialist FMG has secured a two-year extension to its incident management contract with LeasePlan UK.

The extended contract will see FMG continue to provide LeasePlan’s fleet with a comprehensive range of incident management services including FNOL, repair management, network management, salvage, uninsured loss recovery (ULR), non-fault hire and rental damage.

LeasePlan UK has partnered with FMG since 2003.

Neil Dixon, head of procurement and supplier management at LeasePlan said: “LeasePlan places huge importance on working with partners who reflect our own high standards.

"FMG clearly understands and consistently demonstrates our customer-first approach to service and a genuine commitment to operational efficiency.

"It will continue to play a crucial role as we focus on exceeding customer expectations.”

John Catling, CEO at FMG, said: “We have excellent levels of engagement and synergy with LeasePlan and the continuous enhancement of the customer and driver experience lies at the heart of everything we do together.

"The renewal of our contract is another fantastic achievement and clearly demonstrates that FMG remain at the forefront of the UK’s incident management outsourcing marketplace.”

This joint commitment to customer service improvement has led to FMG’s recent launch of an app enabling LeasePlan drivers to track repair progress, an enhanced driver communication framework and systems innovations which include a new online portal and customer reporting enhancements.
