Paragon Automotive has reported unprecedented demand for demonstration services as company fleets continue to expand.

The company has seen a 25% leap in vehicle demonstrations over the past 12 months. The growth was achieved in a market that saw UK fleets boosting demand by 11.8% to reach an all-time high of 1.3 million units in 2015.

Ian Carlisle, chief executive officer of Paragon, said: “A sales focused demo fleet is no longer a complementary tool but is now an integral part of the sales mix.

“Paragon offers fleet operators centralised demonstration management, which is essential to supporting manufacturer brands.

“Our service matches the evolution of buyer behaviour, with technology to support sales and ensure each asset is utilised to deliver return on investment.

“In conjunction with our alternative fuel offer, we are able to ensure the latest models are prepared and transported to the exact standard and the customer receives a seamless brand experience.”

The company continues to invest in new technology which is increasing access of demonstration fleets to brands and their field based teams and dealers to further improve utilisation rate of demonstration vehicles and capture more customer information and feedback.

Carlisle continued: “Driving sales for brands is reliant on intelligent fleet management; correct fleet choice, optimising utilisation and lead times and providing the customer with a seamless brand experience, particularly at handover, all supported with the latest sophisticated technology.”

Paragon has developed modular tools to offer fleet sales support services to provide a single-source solution for identifying and qualifying prospects, managing customer contact, field team sales support as well as the management of the demonstrator fleet all with full analysis and reporting.
