Clients with combined vehicle and equipment portfolios totalling almost 200,000 units attended user meetings held by Chevin Fleet Solutions during May.

The fleet management software specialist hosted events in Washington, DC and at Donington Park, Derbyshire, where themes included best practice and future software developments.

Presentations, educational workshops and idea-sharing were integral parts of the meetings, during which clients learned how to continually drive ongoing fleet efficiencies using Chevin’s enterprise-level fleet management software, FleetWave.

The company also used the meetings to gather client-led suggestions for future product enhancements.

“These user meetings are a critical forum to help us continuously improve our software, enhance our customers’ experiences and allow our clients to share their success and garner more value from our scalable software,” said Ashley Sowerby, managing director of Chevin.

“Chevin takes great pride in inviting clients to share their own ideas for product enhancement. Ideas collected often enter the future product roadmaps, and are always taken seriously.”
