Australia's JESI journey management software will launch in the UK market, as Strategic Analytics Team has signed a partnership agreement with the company.

The partnership will see SAT provide JESI's journey management software, which has been designed to track mobile workforces and keep them safe, to companies across Europe initially, then Canada, India and the Middle East.

SAT is the first authorised dealer for JESI in Europe, and one of only six suppliers worldwide.

The JESI software can be implemented unobtrusively on any device, such as a smartphone or tablet computer, and gives companies global visibility over their workforce with real-time data available 24/7, providing peace of mind and helping to manage mobile teams more efficiently and effectively. The platform also sends out automated alerts when necessary to ensure that emergency assistance can be executed immediately anywhere in the world.

Paul Jorgensen, senior partner at SAT said: “SAT is proud to announce an agreement between SAT and JESI. We have been in discussions with JESI for over six months now and throughout this process, our focus has been on the way that end users can use the products and how employers can better protect an ever-increasing mobile workforce and offer a duty of care to their employees. Through JESI we are able to provide an offering that allows employers to do just that, no matter how big or small their business is.”

The JESI journey management software has been created with the construction, health and education sectors in mind but is applicable for any organisation with a mobile or isolated workforce both on site and off site.

Joe Hoolahan, co-founder and CEO of JESI, said: "The partnership with SAT is very exciting for JESI and provides us with a strong foothold into the European market. SAT has supported many businesses internationally with their operational logistics, so the collaboration with JESI journey management software is a natural fit. An organisation’s obligation to staff wellbeing is not just good practice, but it’s often legislated. JESI provides a solution to uphold employee health & safety regulations even with a nimble, mobile workforce that may be dispersed across several locations.”

Jorgensen added: “Employers have a duty of care to their employees and that starts from the time they leave home to go to work to when they return home safely. They are our single most important asset and we should protect them. JESI specialises in delivering innovative technology that streamlines the entire management of an employee’s journeys, offering peace of mind and protection to both the employee and the employer. We are very excited at being able to offer these innovative solutions to our clients.”

SAT will undertake comprehensive training programmes with all new clients implementing the JESI software, ensuring the companies have a number of 'super users' within their organisations.  This will help embed the full solution into the clients' systems and processes and bring about the cultural change management needed to enable them to get the best from the new system.
