R2C Online is making a series of high value appointments as they expand their workforce in preparation for significant growth over the next 18 months.

The compliance and maintenance management software provider has stated they plan to double the workforce in the next year-and-a-half.

With a 40% increase in sales over the last 12 months, the firm is investing in a series of customer focused roles, including a newly established customer success department; an additional project manager, and new operations director, to manage current and future growth.

Nick Walls, R2C Online managing director, explained the latest appointments: “What sets our solution apart from the rest is its unique relevance to the transport sector.

“Our customer success team will look after our existing customers, ensuring we help our customers rapidly achieve their desired outcome from the product and capturing input and feedback; which forms a central part of our innovation cycle and future product development.”

One of the seven recent recruits is operations director Tim Griffiths (pictured). Griffiths joins from an exclusively transport background, having worked with Ryder, FMG and as an independent transport consultant. He said: “As the product of choice, R2C Online has secured its future in the market and is positioned to grow substantially.

“The real power of the product is its alignment with the transport market and what it needs to successfully transition into a digital future.

“I’m hoping my twenty-five years plus experience in the sector will help us evolve the product in line with customer needs, and continue to bring innovative and efficient improvements, cost savings and productivity gains to fleets and workshops large and small”.

Walls concluded: “We are launching a host of new innovations this year so it’s an exciting time for us, the product and our customers and the team here will be central to achieving our present and future goals. We welcome our latest recruits and look forward to further talented new-starters joining us in the coming months.”
