BCA is aiming to help fleet operators and manufacturers shorten the amount of time a vehicle spends between defleet and dealer forecourt.

AutosOnShow, part of BCA, is rolling out a turntable solution at key defleet centres across the UK following successful trials at BCA Fleet Solutions facilities in Upper Heyford, Thurleigh and Corby.

Adam Price, managing director of AutosOnShow said: “Fleets can now remarket the vehicles straight from the defleet centre. HD images and video can be distributed to dealer networks and pushed to consumers ahead of the physical vehicle moving.”

The AutosOnShow DSLR turntable solution captures HD images and videos. It will allow users to take internal and close up detailed shots of the vehicle using a guided image selection tool, which creates a consistent look across all vehicles.

Price said: “This is simplicity at its best; once installed the solution allows you to photograph vehicles quickly and easily on a large scale. The entire process drives consistency within your brand, as all assets generated for vehicles look consistently professional.”

AutosOnShow simplifies capturing video and imagery of vehicle stock, displaying the assets instantly on websites, all uploaded from the AOS hardware with no human intervention required.

Mark Hindley, sales and marketing director at BCA Vehicle Services said: “To meet the changing needs of the motor industry, the supply chain has to be flexible, agile and digitally enabled.

“De-fleet, refurbishment and remarketing adapt around the requirements of the brand, to put the right vehicle, at the right price, in front of the right buyer at the right time.

He added: “With a national network of sites, the latest digital channels and industry leading technology-driven solutions, BCA has all the tools to drive inefficiency out of the supply chain.”
