Wessex Fleet has awarded FMG with a contract to provide incident management services for 800 vehicles.

The service will enable Wessex Fleet’s customers to access UK wide repair management solutions, legal services and the ability to report loss at any time, every day of the year.

Wessex Fleet’s managing director, Simon Naylor said: “We are committed to saving our customers time and money whilst reducing the burden of vehicle management, and our new partnership with FMG will form a core aspect of our value added service. Customers can now make just one call to activate a fast and efficient incident management service, with a quality repair guaranteed, minimal downtime, and full visibility of progress throughout.”

The service by FMG aims to reduce fleet incident costs through management and streamlining of every stage in the incident resolution process.
