Palletised freight specialist Orion Express Services has continued its 20-year commitment to Renault Trucks by adding two 44 tonne T460s to its seven-strong fleet.

Supplied by BRS on a full contract hire package, the Euro 6 vehicles will working mainly on palletised freight distribution for blue chip food industry clients across the north west of England.

Lee Openshaw, general manager at Orion Express Services, said: "We have been a loyal Renault Trucks customer since my father started the company more than 20 years ago.

"It was the advancements in driver comfort and overall ease of use that were key in choosing the new Range T as replacements in our fleet."

Orion Express Services  is based near Warrington in Lancashire and was established as a family business in 1994 by William and Sheila Openshaw.

It is a founding member of the Palletways Network, Europe's largest provider of express palletised distribution services.

The business has grown organically and was sold to David McClelland who has continued to invest in the business and equipment.
