CoolKit fridge vans have received an ATP certification from the UK Department for Transport.

The certification means that their refrigerated vehicles meet the required quality standards to transport perishable food.

The Class-C ATP certificate, an internationally recognised standard, verifies that their vehicles have undergone rigorous testing, ensuring that the bodywork and refrigeration units conform to the high standards required.

Alongside confirming that the quality of the items being carried is preserved, that the vans have the appropriate level of insulation and that the temperature conditions are adequate.

CoolKit’s managing director Rupert Gatty said: “ By demonstrating the overall superior quality of our conversions - from the in-house design and manufacturing of the insulated lining kit, to the correct installation of the refrigeration unit – we create a complete state-of-the-art fridge conversion.”
