Unlike a purpose-designed electric car, the i-Miev probably has too many compromises that restrict its mainstream appeal However, it does demonstrate that the technology works for everyday low mileage use, and builds expectations for Mitsubishi’s new strategy to focus more on green technology at the expense of its performance vehicles.
