Renault Manchester seeks a Vehicle Telesales Executive to join our inbound LCV Telesales Team in Salford (M3).


The role will involve handling inbound calls and enquiries from fleet clients and businesses that are interested in purchasing the Renault range of vehicles, including light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and passenger vehicles (PVs).


The objective of the role will include qualifying clients for the specifications of their desired vehicle, securing the sale, advising on timescales for delivery and arranging appointment for collection of vehicle(s) from the client’s most convenient Renault Retail Group outlet or delivery to an address of the client’s choosing.


Enquiries are inbound in nature. Calls, emails and livechat are generated through UK-wide marketing and web & press advertising. Follow-up customer service courtesy calls may be needed to existing clients during the supply, delivery and/or collection process.


Previous experience from any telesales call centre sector or vehicle sales sector is welcomed. You will need to be positive, enthusiastic, friendly and used to dealing with a high volume of inbound enquiries in your current or most recent role.


You will have an excellent telephone manner as well as being willing and able to learn new computer systems quickly and effectively.


This role operates under the following alternating shift pattern:

  • Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm (1 hr for lunch) plus Saturdays 9am-1pm
  • Mon to Fri 10am – 7pm (1 hr for lunch) plus Saturdays 9am-1pm


One Saturday off every 4th week on rota. Average 43 hours per week across a 4-week rota.



In return we offer a basic salary of £20,000 pa plus commission with OTE up to or in excess of realistic £30,000 pa. KPIs are based on unit volume sold, profit generated and Customer Satisfaction Score (CS).
