“We got price protection from Ford when we settled the tender. We also agreed, sourced and priced the vehicles with the supplying dealer and did the same for the seats, racking, flooring and livery suppliers,” he says.

“Then we brought in the manufacturer, leasing company, dealer, flooring supplier, seat people and racking supplier.

"We gave them a spreadsheet with the order details so they knew and understood our expectations.

“It gave them the opportunity to ask questions so they could ensure a smooth process for us – everything was clear.”

In the past seven months, Innserve has changed 220 vans without any hitches.
