Martin Hamill's career history

Hamill joined Citroën in March 1999 as an area fleet manager before moving across to the dealer side to manage the Midlands region.

He returned to fleet in 2003, becoming head of the area fleet manager team.

In 2010 Hamill was appointed head of commercial vehicles and the business sector, which included managing the business centre programme.

He has been fleet director since July 2012, when he replaced Andy Wady. “I worked closely with Andy on fleet strategy and I’m convinced the foundations we put in place were the right ones, so it’s not been a case of new broom sweeps clean,” says Hamill.
